Hi Heidrun,
your species is not C. therinella, but C. peribenanderi. C. therinella feeds on the seeds of Fallopia. In older litterature the biology of C. therinella is wrong, referring to that of C. peribenanderi.
I think that your specimen belongs to 2. generation. In Finland C. peribenanderi overwinters as a mature larva, without feeding in the spring
