Faunistik
Nach VAN DER WOLF (2010: 65-66) wurde die aus Bandar-Abbas im Süden von Iran beschriebene Art 2003 und 2005 in der Wüste von Tabernas (Spanien, Almeria) gefunden und ist somit Bestandteil der Europäischen Fauna. Sie wurde noch nicht in die [Fauna Europaea, last update 23 July 2012, version 2.5] aufgenommen.
Typenmaterial
BALDIZZONE (1994: 230) beschrieb die Art nach einem einzigen ♂: “Holotypus ♂ (PG Bldz 8377): “S-Iran Dünen 17 km östl. Bandar-Abbas 15.IV.1972 Exped.Mus.Vind.”, coll. NHMW.”
