Nahrung der Raupe

BENGTSSON (1997) stellt zusammen: "Foodplants Calluna vulgaris Sal. and Erica spp. (Jäckh, 1977: 264). Courtois (1993b: 89) confirmed Genista pilosa as a hostplant and gave a detailed description of the larva and the biology: "It feeds on the leaves, is fully grown at the end of April, after having hibernated; pupation takes place in a strong white cocoon, and the adult emerges after three weeks.""

JÄCKH (1977: 264) schreibt: "Verbreitung: Holland; Belgien; NW der BRD: Lüneburger Heide und Umgebung Bremens, Mittelrhein : Loreley-Gebiet und Saarland; Österreich: Burgenland; Spanien: Andalusia; Südfrankreich: Basses Alpes, Digne."
